Monthly plans

Plans for your client work.

Choose a plan by the client projects you manage and the shared points you need. Platform policy and the core workflow stay the same across paid plans.

Plan prices confirmed · purchasing not open

Prices and allowances below are confirmed. Live platform acceptance, quotes for higher-cost operations, live tax configuration and billing terms must be completed before purchasing opens.

Choose your capacity

Three monthly plans.

Prices are in USD, billed monthly before applicable tax. Point allowances are shared across the projects within each plan.

Monthly plan prices exclude applicable taxes. If tax applies, the tax amount and final total will be shown before payment. Tax rates, collection jurisdictions and local price-display requirements still need verification. This approved display policy does not enable payments or tax collection in this preview.

Shared across plans

The same evidence workflow.

These are the confirmed plan inclusions for rollout. Live use depends on the collection routes and billing controls completing acceptance.

  • Buyer questions and monitoring schedules
  • Original answers and explicit citation sources
  • Brand and competitor comparison
  • Optimization tasks and client reports
  • Report and data exports
  • Team collaboration without a separate seat charge

AI question research and content drafts share the point allowance with collection. Reports exported from saved evidence do not add a model-call charge. Collaboration is included; no unlimited-seat commitment is made.

Points and collection

Understand what uses the allowance.

Platforms and operations can have different costs. A point is a unit of the plan allowance, rather than a guarantee of one completed answer.

01

Basic collection

Ordinary website collection is confirmed at one point per question–platform run. Checking 10 questions across the four website sources uses 40 points per complete ordinary run; repeating it on 31 days plans 1,240 points. Model API replies require a separate verified point quote.

02

Higher-cost operations

AI question research and content drafting share the same allowance. A higher-cost operation requires its own verified point quote and spending ceiling before paid execution. An unavailable or unquoted route cannot be started as an ordinary one-point run.

03

Reserve, settle, return

Point reservations, settlement and failed-task returns have passed local verification. Saved results can be read and exported without another collection charge. An uncertain submission needs review before retrying. Live provider charges and higher-cost quotes still need acceptance; purchasing remains closed.

Read the points and usage guide and collection status and retry guide for the current workflow.

Price confirmation does not activate collection or payment. See platform readiness and the measurement method before planning a live baseline.

Collection planning

Compare your workload with a plan.

Plan the four website sources within one billing month at one point per ordinary run. Perplexity and Claude model API replies require their own verified quote.

A worked example

Plan the whole month.

One client × 10 questions × 4 website sources × 31 runs = 1,240 ordinary collection points. On Starter, that leaves 2,760 of 4,000 points for other work at its quoted rate. Perplexity and Claude model API replies need their own verified quote before paid use.

Plan an ordinary run, reserve shared points, then settle a delivered result or return points for a failed task.
Point lifecycle, illustrated. Provider availability and the actual quote are checked before paid work.

Build a report from saved evidence or review the question baseline before increasing the number of runs.

Upgrade policy for rollout

Pay the plan difference. Keep the same billing period.

After the upgrade payment succeeds, the higher plan takes effect immediately. For the current billing period, you pay the full difference between the two plan prices, without time proration. Only the difference between their monthly point allowances is added. The billing period and renewal date stay the same.

UpgradeAdditional plan price (before tax)Additional points
Starter → Pro$9011,000
Starter → Agency$36046,000
Pro → Agency$27035,000

Consumed points and existing reservations stay recorded. Upgrading does not reset usage or issue a new full point allowance. Added points expire at the original billing-period end, including when you upgrade close to renewal. The next billing period uses the new plan price and allowance. Upgrade payments and automatic point adjustments are not open yet.

The examples show the approved USD plan-price difference before any applicable tax. Applicable tax must be listed separately with the final total before payment. Live tax configuration and payment processing remain pending. Before paying, a customer must see the additional amount, additional points and original period-end date. This table is a policy illustration and does not create a bill, reserve points or start an upgrade.

Downgrade policy for rollout

Keep this period. Choose what runs next.

Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. The current period keeps the existing plan price, point allowance and access. The lower plan's price and monthly point allowance apply when the next period begins.

Before the downgrade starts, choose which projects continue within the lower plan's project limit. Extra projects pause new paid collection, research and generation. Existing records and saved reports remain available to view and export as read-only history within the retention window below. Projects are not automatically deleted just because a plan is downgraded.

Example: moving from Agency to Pro with 10 projects means choosing 3 to keep running. The other 7 pause new paid work while their existing records remain available under the final retention policy.

These rules are confirmed for rollout. Downgrade controls and per-project restrictions are not open yet. Reminder delivery, cleanup execution and live billing acceptance remain pending. This page does not schedule a plan change, pause a project or delete data.

Retention policy for rollout

View and export paused project history.

Business records and saved reports for projects paused by a downgrade are retained for 90 days from the date the lower plan takes effect. During that window, authorized users can view and export the existing records without starting new paid tasks. This window does not set retention for active projects, billing, refund or reconciliation records, or backups. The expiry policy below describes access and cleanup after this window.

The approved reminder policy schedules email and in-app notices to workspace administrators 7 days and 1 day before paused-project history expires. Projects in the same workspace with the same expiry date are combined in one reminder at each notice time. Reminder delivery is not enabled by this preview.

When the retention window ends, projects still paused by the downgrade lose access to view and export expired history. Eligible business records and saved reports are automatically cleaned up. Restored projects are skipped; anomalies defer cleanup for manual review. Active projects, billing, refund, cost-ledger and financial-reconciliation records are excluded. Backup retention and deletion are decided separately. This approved rollout policy does not enable access restrictions or data deletion in this preview.

The 90-day window, reminders and expiry cleanup policy are approved for rollout. The actual retention controls, reminder delivery and cleanup workflow are not enabled by this preview. Preparing this policy does not pause a project or delete any data.

Refund policy for rollout

Refund requests before and after paid use.

For your first payment, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days if no customer-authorized paid collection, research or generation task has started. The 7-day limit applies to submitting the request, not completing the review. Requests are reviewed manually.

After paid use starts, routine change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Duplicate or incorrect charges, failure to activate a paid account, service non-delivery and legally required remedies are reviewed separately. The unused-account condition does not automatically reject those cases. Returning points for a failed task is separate from a money refund.

To request a review, prepare a billing message to support@llmcitely.com. Include the payment date, account email and invoice reference when available. Do not send card details, passwords or API keys.

The policy is confirmed for rollout. Purchasing stays closed while the actual refund-processing workflow and live billing acceptance are completed. This page does not submit a request, approve a refund or move money.

Platform readiness

Six platforms. Two collection surfaces.

The current scope includes four website sources and two model API sources. Answer and source collection has passed local testing; production rollout remains pending. Paid plans share the same platform policy.

Cancellation, point expiry and remaining terms.

Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. Access remains available through that period. This policy is confirmed for rollout; purchasing remains closed while live billing acceptance is completed.

Monthly points are valid only within their paid billing period and do not carry over. If you cancel renewal, unused points remain available until that paid period ends. Point expiry follows your billing period, not a shared calendar-month cutoff.

Purchasing stays closed until the remaining conditions are published. The privacy preview and terms preview describe what is confirmed and what still needs a decision. For a billing question, prepare a message to support@llmcitely.com. Review and send it from your email application.
